Refund Policy

In the scenario that you have purchased from https://finacademyhub.com/ either our Intermediate and/or Advanced paid courses, we hope you are happy, and thank you for your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason within the 14 days of your purchase, you may request a refund with a valid reason.

Refunds

A refund must be requested within 14 days from the purchase date.

Refund Process

To get a refund following your online purchase, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Refund ticket number.

After receiving a ticket number, we will perform the refund request. Subject to a valid reason being provided for the refund request. Please be advised that the actual refund time is dependent on your issuing bank. Usual refund time takes between 3 – 7 working days.

Complaints and Dispute Policy

The parties will attempt in good faith to negotiate a settlement to any claim or dispute between them arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. If the Client wishes to report a complaint, s/he must send an email to [email protected] and the Company will try to resolve it without undue delay.

If the parties fail to agree upon terms of settlement, either side shall be entitled to submit any dispute to the national courts of Bulgaria.

Governing Law

You expressly understand and agree any legal matter arising from the Terms and Conditions or related to your use of the website will be governed by the Bulgarian law, without regards to its conflicts of laws provisions.
